At the time this was published, our weekend actually began on Wednesday nights—White Horse, karaoke, ridiculous drink specials (pitchers of rum and coke, cheap hard cider).
I drew this strip shortly after creating a drink I called a "Creamy Hebrew": shot of vodka and ranch dressing. (Here's a shout-out to co-creator Mike Sabin, who was the one who had to drink it.)
