This strip and the next one are special: they were produced and published (on Facebook) in 2007, five years after Blue Rice ended and four years before it started up again. Back then, I had ambitions of starting the strip up again, but only made two strips before it fizzled out. Until now.
This strip established the first new storyline, namely the idea that Gordon has been out of the loop for the past nine years while the rest of the characters have continued on. Hard to believe that by 2002, "The Family Guy" had been off the air for a couple of years. Dark times.
