A bunch of references to the scene in "Wayne's World" where the owner of Noah's Arcade gets skewered on Wayne's show. Pretty weak strip, really.
Only interesting thing about this strip was that I got a complaint letter about all the swearing in Blue Rice, from a guy who said "Great strips like Peanuts and Ziggy don't have to resort to swearing." I had a field day with that one (see strip #150).
